DIY yogurt, THE BEST!!! And this guide, EVEN BETTER!!

A friend taught me how to make my own yogurt but I had a few failures so I started researching. I came across a wonderful website that gave very specific instructions. I spent the $30 to buy a few recommended items and I have had perfect yogurt since then. And now, the owner of that website did a very smart thing and created this Kindle book. So even though I'm a pro at the DIY yogurt because of him, I of course had to buy his Kindle book. Just to have it. Just to give back to him what he has freely given for however many years. It's an easy read and so clear. It's wonderful.
I do it slightly different. I pour the organic fat-free milk into a 32-ounce glass jar, add a half cup of nonfat dry milk, and microwave it. I check the temp (buy the book to learn the magic temp!) and let it cool on the counter to another lower temp (not giving it away here), add my culture (read the book to learn about this), and then put the covered jar in a pot with water (read the book to learn what temp). After xxxx hours, I have yogurt. Real live yogurt!! Read the book to learn the process. It's $2.99, folks! You'll save tons of money buy doing this and your health will benefit, too. Read the book to learn how to troubleshoot problems and non-problems. It's a great little book and something you'll refer to forever. And the time expended on doing this is miniscule. Stop recycling the plastic containers. Get some 32-ounce glass jars (marinated artichokes from Costco is the perfect size jar) and make your own yogurt.
And buy this Kindle book! (I don't know the author but I'm a big fan. Can you tell!???!)

perfectly done!

I have read over the author's website several times and it has fantastic details on yogurt making that I didn't want to forget when making my own yogurt. I also didn't want to print up tons of pages (plus, my printer isn't awesome). I have never used my kindle as a cookbook before, but it works perfectly fine. The recipe is easy to follow and create great yogurt, and the kindle edition is worth a couple dollars for convenience. Plus, it's a nice way to support the creator of a really helpful yogurt making website!
